The building is a Victorian four storey house. The approved design includes the conversion of the existing building from flats into a single family house, a new side extension and a new build basement.
The terrace made of Portland stone, would include a line of bush hammered stone that would lead the eyes towards an elegant water feature with a contemporary sculpture fluctuating in the water.
Planting would include structural plants such ad Taxus cubes, along with herbaceous and perennials in the tones of white, purple and silver.
